Once hooked up to my desktop manger, im met with the message,, ' cannot connect to device ' giving me the option to retry or update. I have tried both but to no avail, I then followed some threads on this website and also blackberry.com and still nothing.

Currently my device is completly wiped, well at least i think cause now i cant see anything on the screen. Im trying to reload my os but my device cannot connect to jvm.please help:'(.
