I just had to teach a class how to use it and found that when everyone was on the same screen performing the same query, with everyone's database set up the same way; some worked, and some would not! I am not a computer instructor, I am a business admin instructor. I cant answer why these things were happening. So I looked stupid and got a poor review from my students which is appropriate.
