This patch should also be useable on any foreign language version of Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum (German, French, etc.) - the.EXE is NOT language specific - the localized text is read out of separate files, and this.EXE will properly use whatever language files are installed. This patch can NOT be used for previous versions of Railroad Tycoon 2 (original, Second Century, Gold.) Roll it to zoom in and out. Press it and drag the mouse around to scroll the screen. B) Fixed a bug where the screen scrolls too fast if you move your mouse cursor to the screen edge.
